Finished Coffee Popsicles on top of ice

I’m a coffee lover at heart. I cannot start my day without coffee it is pretty much the one thing that gets me going and really just set’s the tone for my whole day.

Well I don’t just enjoy coffee in drink form or just in the morning. These Coffee Popsicles are one way that I really get to enjoy my favorite drink but frozen!

These popsicles first appeared on our sister site Tornadough Alli where we post a lot of our savory recipes along with other desserts, if you want some savory I would totally go there!

These are a fun and easy recipe that you can enjoy at any time of the day! With only 2 ingredients you really can’t go wrong with these at all. If you are a coffee lover then I highly suggest you make these your next concoction!

My husband both enjoy these, whether we are having a party, sitting out on the deck in the heat or just chilling around the house enjoying the air conditioning these Coffee Popsicles are one thing we love.

Some of our other frozen or no bake treats on our site that we love include No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake, No Bake Coconut Cream Pie and No Churn Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream.

    WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:

    • Use your favorite cold brew coffee for this recipe.
    • Any flavor creamer will work so you can switch up the flavors!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED (FULL RECIPE AT BOTTOM):

    Cold brew coffee
    Coffee creamer (any flavor)

Ingredients needed to make Coffee Popsicles

You really can’t get much easier than a 2 ingredient recipe! And that’s what we love around here easy recipes! These Coffee Popsicles are exactly that!

Honestly you will not go wrong with this recipe at all, they are so flavorful its just a fun and different way to enjoy cold brew coffee, and that is honesty the only coffee I drink

CAN I USE REGULAR COFFEE FROM COFFEE MAKER?

You can brew your own favorite coffee instead of buying a bottle of cold brew. You will want to make sure that it is at least at room temperature before you mixx with creamer and pour into molds.

We have done this before and it works well, we usually just let it cool slightly then place in the refrigerator to make the process faster.

HOW TO MAKE COFFEE POPSICLES, STEP BY STEP:

    1. In bowl or 4 cup measuring cup, mix together your cold brew coffee and creamer.
    2. Pour your coffee and creamer mixture into a popsicle mold until it is just below the top (we want to leave room for expansion).
    3. Put the lid on top of the popsicle mold then cover with tin foil.
    4. With a knife poke slits in the open portion where the stick goes in, do not cut to far as the stick will move around.
    5. Place the popsicle sticks into the mold making sure at least 1″ of the sick remains over the top.
    6. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours but ideally 8 hours to overnight for popsicles to set up.
    7. To remove, run the base of molds under warm water for 30-60 seconds then remove tinfoil and lid and gently pull popsicles out.

    HOW TO STORE:

If you aren’t serving these to people and just for personal use, just take out what you will be consuming and place back in the freezer to enjoy later. You can also store these in Saran Wrap or plastic bags individually.

These should keep in the freezer for up to 1 week after that the texture will change and they won’t be the same as when you first made them!

    TIPS AND TRICKS:

    • You can use your favorite brand of cold brew coffee, also you can use regular brewed coffee that has been cooled down..
    • Use your favorite creamer! We like to use French Vanilla since that is usually what we have on hand.
    • The best way to release popsicles from the mold is to run the base (not the top) of the popsicles mold under warm water for about 30-60 seconds to ensure a smooth release.
    • Getting your popsicle sticks in as straight as possible is key or the lid won’t come off and you will have to cut your sticks.
    • Tin foil helps keep the sticks in place so you don’t have them go sideways in the mold that is why we don’t want to cut huge slits in the foil.
