  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips any flavor

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add the flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Preheat your air fryer by setting it to 350 and allowing it to warm while you form your cookie dough balls.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, form Tablespoon sized dough balls.
  • When the air fryer is preheated, line the basket with a layer of parchment paper and place dough balls evenly apart.
  • Press down lightly in the dough to gently flatten.
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until the tops start to turn golden brown.

  1. Make sure you preheat your air fryer before adding the cookie dough.
  2. You can add a lot of different mix ins to these cookies such as nuts, candies, sprinkles, etc.
  3. You can freeze the dough balls if you are making in bulk, see my notes above on that.
  4. This makes about 15 smaller cookies, you can absolutely double the recipe to make more.
  5. You can use regular of mini chocolate chips, whatever your preference and chocolatiness is.
