Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Brownies
Soft, chewy and full of chocolate chunks, these Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies are an easy and tasty recipe that are full of chocolate and peanut butter flavors.
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In bowl of stand mixer or with hand mixer beat together your butter and peanut butter until creamy.
Add in your sugars and beat until combined, about 2 minutes.
Add in your egg and vanilla and mix until incorporated.
In bowl whisk together your flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, then add to wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
Lastly fold in your chocolate chunks.
Grab 2 Tbs of dough and roll into ball and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake 9-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and press extra chocolate chunks into tops of cookies, let cool on pan 5 minutes before removing to cool on baking sheet completely.
